Where does a myRent alternative help with tenancy documents specifically?
If you already have a signed agreement, RentManager can extract proposed details for review. This is a practical starting point for setting up a record, not a full account import: check each field against your source agreement and correct it before creating the tenancy.

Upload at rentmanager.nz/upload-agreement. Rent history must be imported separately after account setup; this does not move a complete account.
When checking a prospective tenant before signing, you can request an original Centrix AdverseReport for NZ$20 including GST, paid once per person, with temporary report download access. The applicant must consent and the required verification steps must be completed before the report is requested. This one-off check is separate from a RentManager subscription. What about signing an agreement?
In the RentManager agreement wizard, you can enter other landlord or legal entity names in the Essentials step. The names are saved with the reviewed draft and appear in the agreement's party details. Adding a name does not automatically invite that person to sign. Review each party and select the required signers in the separate signing step. The signing flow supports the account owner, up to 10 additional landlord signers and multiple tenant signers.
If you are signing an agreement prepared outside RentManager, check that the document already lists every landlord correctly and choose the people who need to sign before sending invitations.
