What the installer does

Copies the binary to your chosen install folder (default: %APPDATA%\RentManager)
Adds 127.0.1.120 rentmanager to your hosts file
On first launch, prepares your browser to serve pages securely (no warnings)
Adds an optional startup shortcut so RentManager starts when you log in
